Sultan R Singh is a civil engineering professional with over 35 years of hands-on experience spanning the Indian Army, central universities, and private construction across India.
He spent 23 years in the Military Engineering Services (Indian Army) from military residential complexes and hospitals to technical infrastructure at Army and Air Force stations.
After the Army, he led engineering operations at Sharda University and served as Executive Engineer at Central University of Rajasthan. He was selected by Jaipur Metro Rail Corporation as General Manager (Civil) — and instead chose to build SiteReadySkills.
The Story

Sultan R Singh joined the Indian Army directly after his engineering degree. For 23 years, he operated within the Military Engineering Services — one of the most rigorous construction organizations in the world. Every project had zero margin for error. After retiring from the army sultan saw the same pattern everywhere: technically educated but practically unprepared engineers. He began mentoring them one-on-one, then in groups, then formally through university teaching.
